Ingredients: Fresh organic rhubarb, cane sugar, apple cider vinegar, freshly squeezed oranges, orange zest and fennel.
The shrub syrups are shelf-stable, so they’ll last indefinitely unopened, and 6-8 weeks or longer once opened if refrigerated.
When combining with sparkling water (or plain water), 2-3 Tbsp per 8 oz. glass is a good start. For cocktails and mocktails, start with 1/2 oz. syrup per every 2 oz spirit.
