Jerk is a style of cooking native to Jamaica, in which meat is dry-rubbed or wet marinated with a hot spice mixture called Jamaican jerk spice. Our jerk spice blend is both very spicy and slightly smoky. We use a range of fresh chile peppers from our organic farm, which are harvested fresh and then smoked on the farm. This is a WONDERFUL blend, very complex, spicy but not so spicy it bites your head off. Very flavorful and fabulous on a pork loin or any sheet pan dinner. This is the first jerk spice blend I’ve ever really loved. Thanks!
