Cranberry Ginger Shrub Syrup

    Perfect for the holidays!  Add this jewel-toned syrup to something bubbly for an elegant sweet-tart cocktail or mocktail.   Alternatively, add a bit of oil and some Dijon mustard to 1/2 cup of this shrub syrup for a tasty and beautiful vinaigrette to grace the holiday table.

    For Italian Sodas:  add 2-3 Tbsp to and 8 oz. glass fizzy water (club soda, mineral water, soda stream water, etc.) and add a squeeze of lime.

    The shrub syrups are shelf-stable, so they’ll last indefinitely unopened, and 6-8 weeks or longer once opened if refrigerated.

    Ingredients: Fresh Wisconsin cranberries, pure cane sugar, organic ginger root, Apple Cider Vinegar.
