This is a favorite go-to shrub syrup for either craft cocktails (see recipe below) or Italian Sodas. Blackberry Mint Shrub syrup can also stand in as a superb blackberry vinaigrette that you won’t forget (just add a bit of oil and Dijon mustard).
Recipe for Blackberry Smash Cocktail: Over ice, pour 2 oz. of your favorite bourbon and 1 oz. Blackberry Mint Shrub Syrup. Top with sparkling water, stir together and add a squeeze of fresh lime.

The shrub syrups are shelf-stable, so they’ll last indefinitely unopened, and 6-8 weeks or longer once opened if refrigerated.
