Chile Spices & Chile Spice Blends

Chile spices include cooking blends like mole, enchilada and jerk seasoning.  It also includes single-variety chile spices.  All peppers are harvested fresh each Fall from HeathGlen Organic Farm. All smoked peppers are smoked on the farm in our smokers.
