Romesco is a classic Italian condiment used to enhance many different proteins or vegetables. Particularly good with shellfish or salmon. Wonderful stirred into scrambled egg dishes, as a dip for zucchini fritters or with roasted cauliflower or brussel sprouts. It’s a classic match with couscous, rustic breads and grains.
Ingredients: Roasted tomatoes, roasted red bell peppers, toasted almonds, olive oil, sherry vinegar, garlic, ancho powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
